To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Order Processing
After the order has been paid, if the product is in stock the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.

If the product is pre-order then notification of shipping will be made 1 week prior to shipping and you will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.

During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.

Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.

International Shipping
We have established cooperative relations with many logistics service providers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame.

All of our product for customer outside the EU will be shipped out directly from our Far East factory via Fedex or UPS which is about 7- 10 business days

All of our product for customers inside the EU will be shipped out directly from our Copenhagen warehouse via Fedex or UPS which is about 3-5 business days

All of the above delivery times are estimated only. Delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your countries postal service. Based on our historical timeliness data, more than 80% of our orders were delivered within the estimated time. During holidays and peak sales, the orders process may take longer. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is beyond our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. Locked does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

Import Duties
All orders from within the EU all duty and tax is paid.

Other country orders outside the EU may be subject to your country's customs fees and import duties. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these charges during the checkout process.

Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or tax charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address
