Warranty returns - 7 day
Defective or damaged products must in the first instance (within 7 days of receipt of the product) be reported to Locked Components at the following email: warranty@lockedcomponents.com stating clearly the damage and also with pictures showing the extend of the defect or damage.
If the product is deemed defective please return the product using the returns procedure below, once received and checked that the returned product complies the conditions of return as listed below a replacement will be shipped out and the return shipping refunded to you purchase method.
For warranty returns inside of the stated product warranty period, please contact warranty@lockedcomponents.com for details initially with your original owner proof of purchase.
General returns – 30 days
Locked offers a 30-day returning period. All our products are made to a very high standard and we hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reasons, we can offer a refund of the goods.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. In order to make your refund be processed quickly, please get in touch with our customer service to let us know the tracking number after you send it out.

You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and provide your return tracking number within 30 days after the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

Return shipping cost is by the customer and not refunded. Tracked shipping must be used if an item is lost during the return process it cannot be refunded.

Cancellations can only be made before an item has shipped.

Preorder cancellations are not possible after 14 days of the initial order. Pre-order products are purchased on an advised approximate delivery/shipping time frame, this may vary so cancellation due to late shipping is not possible.

Due to PayPal checkout we are charged a 4% fee by PayPal for frames and parts purchased and a further €4% fee by PayPal/Shopify pay on refunding an order. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and pre-order purchases that are refunded will be refunded minus any third party transaction fees.

As a guide: transaction charges for refunding Cranks  = €79 (approx)
Country orders from outside the EU may be subject to your country's customs fees and import duties. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these charges during the checkout process.

How do I make a 7-day warranty and 30-day return?
Email returns@lockedcomponents with the following included or attached:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your proof of purchase
  3. Indicate the reason

You will then receive confirmation your product may be returned along with a returns number that must be attached to the returned package.  Then using a tracked shipping return service ship to, once received

Once received if the returned products compiles with the points below you will receive a refund minus any PayPal/Shopify charges with 5-10 days.

Conditions of return:

  1. You can only return items that unused and undamaged and have the original tags/packaging attached.

  2. If the product has no quality problems, the return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

  3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

  4. We regret that returned goods sent back to us without prior authorization will not be eligible for exchange or return.

  5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  6. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  7. Please kindly provide us with what method you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to returns@lockedcomponents.com

  8. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You can only return to the return warehouse address we provide.

  9. Please ensure you don't put non-Locked Components items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

  10. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Locked Components reserve the right to change or adjust our products without notification against pre-ordered or purchased product from those advertised on our site, by a maximum of 10%, so long as that change is for performance, structural or fabrication improvement purposes. No changes will be made for cost-based savings against advertised products.
