About the Journey fork
A new 2023 product for Locked, our rigid forks. They are designed to be the prefect companion for your bike packing adventures. Uniquely customisable to suit your geometry plus you can specify your braze on requirements to perfectly position your bags and racks.

Ordering & customising
After we recieve your order we will contact you by email with 4 hours to confirm the following:
- Fork Offset
- Axle spacing 110 or 100
- Axle to crown
- Amount of braze ons
- Position of braze ons
- PM for rotor 160 or 180
If you require more custom work than this please email us before ordering so we can confirm it is possible before recieving your order.
After this we will send you a drawing showing your forks, once approved we will start production. As a guide your will forks usually take us 35 days to make in our factory, then allow another 10 to 14 days for shipping.
