Meet our new bike packing fork - available to order and customise for your bike packing adventures in any size 24" to 29er. You can customise the axle to crown, fork offset and specify your mounts.

The Journey forks are available to order as a custom item only with shipping 45 to 55+ days after drawing is confirmed. Once ordered we will contact you for your specification.

About the Journey fork
A new 2024 product for Locked, our rigid forks. They are designed to be the prefect companion for your bike packing adventures. Uniquely customisable to suit your geometry plus you can specify your braze on requirements to perfectly position your bags and racks.

Weight: 990g with 250mm steerer- Approx only as weight depends of size and custom spec.
Crown: Unicrown or Flat
Axle to Crown*: Up to 500mm
Steerer: Straight with tapered compatible 1.5" lower crown race
Offset*: As required
Axle**: 15mmx110mm, 15x100 or QR
Brake*: Post mount 160mm/180 rotor
Finish*: Polished or raw
Max Tyre: 29x3 (some brands larger 3 tyres mat not fit)
Braze-ons*: Customized to your requirements

Ordering & customising
After we recieve your order we will contact you by email with 4 hours to confirm the following:
- Fork Offset
- Axle spacing 110 or 100
- Axle to crown
- Amount of braze ons
- Position of braze ons
- PM for rotor 160 or 180
If you require more custom work than this please email us before ordering so we can confirm it is possible before recieving your order.
After this we will send you a drawing showing your forks, once approved we will start production. As a guide your will forks usually take us 35 days to make in our factory, then allow another 10 to 14 days for shipping.
